Returns & Exchanges
Please note that the dress must be unworn, undamaged and odor-free to be eligible for return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns otherwise. Please also note the 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.
We ask that you order responsibly:
• Please do not order items "for stock" or "for viewing" if you do not actually need a dress. Every unnecessary return not only creates extra work, but also harms our environment. Thank you for your understanding!
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
• Please return the item along with a written withdrawal notice.

Exchange & voucher
If a dress does not fit or you do not like it, you also have the following options in addition to cancelling your order:
1. Direct exchange for a different dress
• Simply place a new order for the dress you would like.
• Once we receive your return package, we will refund the full amount of your original order.
2. Voucher
• Simply send the dress back (without a withdrawal statement) to: Asyaa-Dress

• We will then issue you a voucher code that you can use for a new order.
