Shipping Terms

Customs - Orders non-EU countries
For deliveries of goods to non-EU countries, customs duties may apply. These costs, as well as any import tax and, where applicable, processing fees charged by the shipping service provider, shall be borne by the buyer. They are not included in the sale price.

We ship only from our warehouse in Germany and do not offer collection.

The delivery within Germany is made by insured DHL parcel with tracking number. Shipping costs start from €5.49.

Delivery times

·      Germany: 2-4 days

·      Express DE: 1 day (€20)

(Order received by Thursday at the latest, 11 a.m. - No Saturday delivery)

·      Express DE Saturday delivery: order received by Friday, 11 a.m. at the latest (€35)

·      EU shipping: 4-6 days (€15)

·      Express EU: 1-2 days (€27)

·      UK: 3-5 days (€35)

·      CH: 3-5 days (€35)

·      USA: 4-6 days (€50)

All other countries: 6-12 days

All other shipping costs for countries outside the EU that are not listed will be calculated at checkout.
